Terms of Service

To use TurnKei, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

TurnKei supports multiple user types:

• Tenants
• Landlords
• Real Estate Agents
• Property Managers
• Developers

Each user type may have different permissions, obligations, and verification requirements.

To maintain trust and safety, users may be required to submit:

• Government-issued identification
• Contact information
• Proof of ownership, licensing, or business registration (for providers)

You agree that:

• All submitted documents are accurate and valid
• TurnKei may review and verify your information
• Failure to verify may limit or suspend your access

TurnKei is not a real estate broker, agent, or landlord.

We:

• Provide a platform for listing and matching
• Facilitate communication and rental workflows

We do not:

• Own or manage properties
• Guarantee listings or user behavior
• Act as a party to rental agreements

All agreements are strictly between tenants and property providers.

Property providers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of listings
• Pricing, availability, and descriptions

TurnKei may:

• Rank listings using a matching algorithm
• Display compatibility scores based on user data

We do not guarantee:

• Rental outcomes
• Match accuracy
• Availability of properties

Tenant use is free (unless otherwise specified). Providers may pay subscription fees. A transaction fee may apply to completed leases.

All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). TurnKei is not responsible for payment processing errors outside its control.

TurnKei may facilitate digital lease signing via third-party services.

You acknowledge:

• Lease agreements are legally binding between tenant and provider
• TurnKei is not a party to the lease
• We do not enforce lease terms

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent platform fees or processes
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Users retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content, you grant TurnKei a license to use it for platform operations and marketing.

All TurnKei branding, software, and systems remain our intellectual property.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

TurnKei is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Platform uptime
• Accuracy of listings
• Suitability of tenants or providers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurnKei shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income, data, or opportunities
• Disputes between users

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false information
• Your activity poses risk to the platform

You may stop using the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Disputes shall be resolved in Barbados courts unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
